Incorporated in 1999 as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, our leadership has over twenty years hands-on and executive administrative experience in the human service industry. We select our staff carefully and mandate thorough reference and screening to ensure the values of our team members meet our customers need for health and safety and satisfaction in their daily living environment and plans for their futures.
Our organization is registered in the State of New Jersey and has achieved full licensure from the Department of Human Services.
We believe in a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt which says:“Where, after all, do universal human rights begin? In small places close to home… so close and so small that they cannot even be seen on any maps of the world. Yet they are the world of the individual person: the neighborhood he lives in, the school he attends or the place that he works.
